How can guests leave reviews using NFC cards?
Guests can provide instant feedback by tapping the Review Card, which holds a link to a review site of your choice (Tripadvisor, Booking, Google, etc.), providing a quick and easy way for them to share their experiences.
How do I protect customer privacy when using NFC cards?
Customer privacy is a top priority. Our NFC cards are designed to provide information without collecting personal data.
We only require the information that is intended to be included in the card, and for shipping.
When shipping your card, we use a blocking sleeve to avoid any unintended information sharing during shipping.
Can the information on the card be changed?
The information engraved on the wood of the card cannot be changed (a QR code, for example, cannot be updated). The information digitally stored on the card may be updated since NFC cards are rewritable, however this can only be done under our supervision. What is the shipping process?
The shipping occurs up to 14 days after the final order is placed. For precise information on shipping times to your specific address, please contact us with your delivery address. If you need your card urgently, feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to expedite the shipping process.

No. We offer straightforward pricing with no hidden fees. Once you purchase our NFC cards, there are no recurring subscriptions or maintenance fees.

We cater to businesses of all sizes, and there is no minimum order quantity. Whether you need a few or a large quantity, we've got you covered.
Are the card holders included in the price?
The card holders are not included in the price. However, we are happy to assist in the supply a custom-made holder according to your request – contact us for more information.
